They’re looking for a passionate, experienced founder who can share real-world insights and mentor students—particularly women and marginalized voices—to explore entrepreneurship.
This residency is part of their mission to embed inclusive role models within university innovation spaces—and ensure that all students, regardless of background, feel entrepreneurship is for them. There is a specific focus on supporting women of color, but this role should also be a spokesperson for inclusive entrepreneurship more broadly.

- Mentor and advise (primarily, but not exclusively) diverse founders on business ideas, pitching and investor relations, and growth
- Host informal drop-ins and themed workshops bringing in own experience
- Provide visibility, representation, and lived experience in startup spaces
- Work with the QUEST team to shape inclusive support pathways and develop case studies
- Act as a role model and advocate for women of color in innovation and entrepreneurship
The aim of this role is to provide a financial contribution to time and effort associated with this position, based on approximately 1 day/month over the next academic year (November 2025-June 2026 inclusive). There is the possibility of extension, subject to review.

- Have your own business currently
- A passion for inclusion, equity, and youth development
- Experience mentoring or working with young people or students
- Connections with accelerators, investors, and business communities would be desirable
