The University of Western Australia (UWA) offers the International Student Award to support international students from select countries in pursuing their study and career goals. The award provides a fee reduction of $5,000 per year for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Stipend Details
- Up to AUD $20,000 over four years for undergraduate students
- Up to AUD $15,000 over three years for selected undergraduate programs
- Up to AUD $10,000 over two years for postgraduate students
Applicable to both undergraduate and postgraduate programs at UWA. Duration: up to four years for undergraduates, up to two years for postgraduates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Citizens of Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, or Vietnam
- Applying to UWA as an international student on an Australian student visa
- Studying an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate course offered by UWA
- Enrolled full-time
