Scholars School System is a project of UK CURRICULUM & ACCREDITATION BODY (UKCAB, a registered charity founded in 2006) having campuses across the United Kingdom, is looking for an Admissions Officer across all campuses which includes Birmingham, Manchester, London, Bradford, Leicester campus based in the Birmingham campus.Â
Scholars School System is a national independent higher education provider, offering world class education. Taught programmes, ranging from Foundation Year through to Level 7, delivered in partnership with institutions such as Leeds Trinity University. Over 5000 (UK and EU) learners have successfully completed their learning journey in the last five years with the current student population is over 3000.

Reports to: Assistant Admission Manager
Purpose
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a role that combines admissions and related responsibilities and would suit someone either with or keen to gain a breadth of experience for future career development.
We have multiple course intakes, and this is an exciting role, requiring the post holder to perform sometimes complex administrative coordination in a time pressured and deadline-controlled environment in the preparation for each term’s teaching.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, first rate organisation and prioritisation abilities, good data management skills and evidence of knowing when to show initiative and when to seek advice. In return, you will be part of supportive, high performing teams, have the opportunity to develop and widen your skills and work for an organisation with a strong sense of mission.
Responsibilities
Providing professional advice, guidance on admissions and recruitment processes and procedures to potential students.
Processing application forms
Maintain and organise admissions tracking on spreadsheets.
Arranging appointments and interviews for the progression of applicants.
Communicating with team about applications
Representing the Scholars and being the first point of contact for prospective students
Organise and maintain files and records and update admissions files when necessary.
Manage telephone calls of students queries and sorting and distribution of all the correspondence (email, call, CRM etc.).
Update students records on CRM.
Liaise with staff in other departments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Administration or related subject
Must have a good knowledge of using database like CRM
Exhibit strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Must have a good communication skill
Experience of providing support and ensuring student engagement
Salary and Benefits
£24,000 – £30,000 per year depending on experience
Basic hours are 9am to 6pm on site
Holiday entitlement is 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Â
Up to £5k annual incentives pro-rata given quarterly on meeting KPIs upon successful probation period Â
5% annual increase per year on completion from your start date of service and on meeting KPIsÂ
