About the Primary Learning Support Assistant Role
This role would see you work in a year 5 class. The support offered will be a mix of whole class support, small group and 1-to-1 interventions. The class is a little boy heavy which is leading to some behaviour issues and disruption, so a lot of focus will be keeping the boys focused and on task and helping to manage any behaviour that occurs. You will have the class teachers, school SENCo and fellow support staff to lean on for help.
