About the Early Years Teaching Assistant Role

This role would see you work across the school in a variety of support roles including whole class support, small group and 1to1 interventions and some SEN Support. You will have a timetable that will lay out your day-to-day schedule. The school will offer full training and support throughout your role and you will have the class teachers, school SENCo and fellow support staff to lean on for help.
