Our residential conveyancing team provides an efficient and personal service that offers excellent value to our clients, who have the added reassurance that, as members of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), we take the quality of our services very seriously.
The role involves working with private individuals, collaborating with estate agents and other intermediaries, both locally and nationally. Furthermore, we serve as a Panel law firm for most high-street banks and secondary lenders. To support our continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced conveyancer to join our team.
What we’re looking for:
- You may be a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer, but that isn’t an essential requirement.
- You must have proven experience in all types of domestic conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and both registered and unregistered properties.
- As a competent and confident fee earner, you will be comfortable managing a busy caseload and be accustomed to using a case management system (preferably P4W).
- Your proven ability to remain calm under pressure will be complemented by your excellent organisational skills and can-do attitude, which will ensure client transactions run smoothly, and any potential issues are identified and overcome swiftly.
- You will also need to be skilled in managing communications, both over the telephone and in writing.
