Are you looking for your next challenge in the field of Clinical Psychology? As a clinical psychologist, you will be responsible for an allocated number of patients, delivering therapeutic assessments and interventions. Working with adults and children on the Anxiety and Mood Disorder pathway, the post holder will be confident in independently managing their own caseload, providing 1:1 therapy, and contributing to the clinic's day group program through group facilitation experience. The psychologist will also be expected to present at CPD events in their area of expertise.

At Schoen Clinic Chelsea, we expect our therapists to have a regular clinical supervisor and to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based interventions. The Clinical Psychologist may be asked to oversee and supervise Assistant Psychologists or Therapy Assistants when these roles are filled. Our goal is to deliver excellent care and treatment with a strong focus on quality. Routine Outcome Measures are collected to inform audit and research. The Clinical Psychologist will collaborate with the Therapy Services Manager and the Quality Management team to develop and utilize data for service improvement.

The Clinical Psychologist will:

  • Offer high-quality therapeutic services at Schoen Clinic Chelsea
  • Participate fully as part of the multidisciplinary team in developing and delivering the group/day programme
  • Work with the Clinic Director and Therapy Services Manager to continuously improve services in line with growth and national guidance
