Principal Duties Meeting and greeting patients, visitors, consultants, and colleagues at reception, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries Sort all incoming post and deliveries; manage outgoing post Manage the β€œEnquiries” inbox by responding to and/or redirecting inquiries as appropriate Handle telephone calls, direct queries to relevant persons, take and distribute messages Take minutes for meetings of the Hospital Director, Lead Nurse, Quality Manager, and Ops Manager, and email agendas to relevant parties Manage meeting room bookings via Outlook, approve bookings, notify of clashes to ensure efficiency Liaise with IT Support to set up new starters on IT systems Administer and distribute petty cash to patients, reconcile receipts Keep reception and waiting areas tidy Re-stock information leaflets, update reception notice boards Monitor and order stationery and medical supplies Comply with Health and Safety and fire safety regulations, promote a safe working environment Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the line manager Note: Due to application volume, Schoen Clinic may close roles early if suitable candidates are found.
