Mission: As part of the ISA Services Delivery team, the Technical Training Instructor is key to delivering impactful Schneider Electric product training to employees, customers, and partners. Acting as a subject matter expert for EcoStruxure products, this role drives the development of new training content and supports project execution and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparation & Continuous Learning: Utilize and continuously improve learning delivery tools and methods. Prepare and maintain ISA virtual machines and training environments. Stay up to date with industry best practices such as facilitated learning, communities of practice, and digital learning formats. Maintain deep expertise in Schneider Electric EcoStruxure solutions.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver technical training via virtual and in-person formats. Support learners before, during, and after instructor‑led and self‑paced sessions. Adapt training delivery to global audiences and time zones. Pilot and evaluate training materials to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Training Development: Identify audience needs to ensure project readiness and customer satisfaction. Review and validate course content for technical accuracy. Develop training materials, including demos, lab exercises, and assessments.
  • Commercial & Stakeholder Support: Represent the ISA team in the UK & Ireland as a key point of contact. Address technical and commercial inquiries from internal teams and customers. Support pricing, costing, and quotation processes. Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, project management, and finance. Participate in commercial events and represent the ISA organization.

Skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in configuring, building, or maintaining process automation systems.
  • Background in service delivery within a customer‑facing environment; consulting or solutioning experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics in an engaging and interactive manner.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, structured, and professional style.
  • Proficiency in using diverse communication tools such as email, messaging platforms, and virtual meeting solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong active listening skills.
  • Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones to support global training delivery.
