Overview

In this role you will lead the Digital Energy Service regional organisation, owning financial performance and customer satisfaction.

You will drive continuous improvement, digital service adoption, and transition of legacy installed base, while developing the Services workforce.

You will work with cross-functional teams to grow service revenue, ensure safety and quality, and deliver service excellence to end-user and contracted networks.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to quality processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead health and safety activities and site safety audits
  • Manage regional contract and non-contract revenue with growth in field quote activity
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities and convert bids into revenue
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, drive Lost/Dormant base re-engagement, and monitor C-Sat and feedback (Medallia)
  • Oversee engineer utilisation, resource planning, scheduling, and field deployments
  • Drive adoption of new tools and best practices, supported by the Service Transformation lead
  • Develop service account plans with customers and manage transitions to connected service offers
  • Support talent retention and development through IDP and upskilling of field engineers
  • Collaborate with sales to expand customer base managed by Field Service team
  • Lead a safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery culture to improve competitiveness and profitability
  • Coach and motivate service engineers and implement One Voice action plans
