As a key member of the Connected Services Excellence team, you drive the integration, adoption and growth of Digital Buildings Connected Services within the CSH ecosystem. You lead readiness and transformation to embed services into a scalable, global operating model across Buildings, Power and Energy. You shape a future-focused capability model for multi-module Foresight services and oversee cost-to-serve improvements. You work with global and local teams to deliver measurable performance and customer outcomes, aligning standards with local customer proximity.
Responsibilities
- Design, govern and deploy the operating model to embed Digital Buildings Connected Services into the CSH framework globally and locally.
- Define interfaces with Power, Energy, and local/global CSH, ensuring clear accountability, handoffs, escalation paths, and service levels.
- Establish end-to-end execution plans, governance, and customer-experience standards across the service.
- Assess new offers for readiness from a CSH perspective and support country launches, ensuring deployment success and performance.
- Set KPIs, performance reviews and continuous improvement to reduce cost-to-serve and improve run-phase outcomes.
- Lead country engagement, map local execution capabilities, and translate global standards into local execution with a clear RACI.
- Define interfaces, roles, competencies and knowledge practices to align local teams with global standards while maintaining customer proximity.
- Drive transition from fragmented country practices to a harmonized, global execution model for deployment, support, experience and cost-to-serve.
- Own the CSH readiness and transformation roadmap for Foresight across Buildings, Power and Energy.
- Define future CSH capability models and competency maps/learning roadmaps for multi-module Foresight services.
- Establish a consistent charge-back model and drive cost-to-serve improvements.
- Define reporting, analytics, automation and AI requirements to improve visibility and scalability.
Key requirements
- 10+ years in Services (ideally Buildings), Digital Solutions, Operations, Business Excellence or Transformation.
- Proven experience leading global cross-functional initiatives in matrix organizations.
- Strong communication and influence skills with a track record in project management.
- Ability to drive change and adoption.
