This is a newly created role supporting a global strategic customer within the Connected Services Hub. You provide advanced technical support for a highly complex and bespoke digital environment. You act as a dedicated technical escalation point while remaining part of the wider CSH team. The role supports a high value, business critical service contract with strict performance expectations.
What you will do:
- Provide advanced second line technical support for a global strategic account
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex incidents and service issues
- Coordinate incident response and deliver structured root cause analysis
- Support bespoke BMS and digital service solutions in production environments
- Work closely with global Product Support and R&D teams
- Ensure service continuity and customer confidence
- Support proactive activities such as system optimisation and opportunity detection
- Collaborate with wider CSH engineers to balance workload and risk
About you:
- Experience supporting complex BMS or digital building environments
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, or building services systems
- Knowledge of protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, OPC, TCP/IP, Ethernet IP
- Background in customer facing technical support or service delivery
- Confident handling demanding stakeholders and escalations
- Comfortable working in structured service environments with clear SLAs
- Relevant engineering or technical qualification preferred
Working pattern:
- Hybrid role
- At least two days per week in the Warrington office
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- No shift work
