You'll manage a portfolio of customers, acting as their key point of contact throughout the lifecycle of their service contracts. You'll work closely with our technical, operational and commercial teams to ensure customers receive the support they need, while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and deliver additional value.
What You'll Be Doing

- Manage the customer journey from onboarding and adoption through to contract renewal, supporting long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, site visits and business reviews to understand customer needs, review performance and agree on next steps.
- Work closely with engineering and service delivery teams to coordinate planned maintenance, shutdowns, equipment lifecycle requirements and ongoing service activities.

- Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of electrical engineering, service delivery or technical environments.
- A background in electrical engineering, technical services, customer success, account management or contract management.
- An understanding of electrical infrastructure, ideally including low-voltage (LV) and high-voltage (HV) systems.
- Experience managing customer relationships, resolving challenges and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and technical teams.
