Mission: You will develop & manage the portfolio of clients, especially the Distributors, Panel builders, Installers, OEM and Integrators as well the End users in the industry & tertiary sectors, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction. You will manage the promotion of the Universal Enclosures offer including the P&S (adapted products and services) and provide techno-commercial support & trainings to the clients. You’ll be a strong relationship builder growing key relationships with our partners, offering proactive response and support, and developing Schneider’s brand awareness in the community by leveraging quality, safety & reliability values of our products.
Location: the ideal location will be around Reading and Slough to be able to cover the South.
What will you do? As our Universal Enclosures Specialist, you'll play a key role in growing our business across the South of England. Working closely with distributors, OEMs, panel builders, system integrators and end users, you'll identify opportunities, build strong relationships and help customers find the right solutions for their needs.
- Grow sales and market share for our Universal Enclosures portfolio across your territory.
- Build and develop strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, panel builders, integrators and end users.
- Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Develop and deliver account and territory growth plans aligned with business objectives.
- Promote Schneider Electric's enclosure solutions, products and services through customer engagement, demonstrations and training.
- Work with customers to understand their challenges and recommend the most effective technical and commercial solutions.
- Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to quotation, negotiation and order placement.
- Monitor market trends, customer activity and competitor developments to help shape commercial strategy.
- Partner closely with colleagues across Sales, Industrial Automation, Power Products and Manufacturing teams to deliver the best customer outcomes.
- Capture customer feedback and market insights to help improve our products, services and customer experience.
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with at least 5 years of experience is required.
- Proven success in prior Sales roles.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills, time management and organizational skills.
- Having strong Background in the field of industrial components or electrical distribution.
- People development orientation.
- Ability to use MS Office.

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 65,600 - GBP 98,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
