Lead risk management across the zone by identifying, monitoring, and mitigating key risks while ensuring robust incident, crisis, and business continuity frameworks.
Drive compliance and governance through audits, ISO/IMS standards, and stakeholder engagement, enabling informed decision-making and operational resilience.
Responsibilities
- Business Assurance Lead / Risk Champion
- Build framework to identify and monitor Key Risk Indicators
- Ownership of Incident Management Framework, risk response, and treatment
- Ownership of Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans
- Run and support regular crisis management drills and internal audits
- Risk monitoring and responding
- Risk landscape monitoring
- Ownership of local compliance committee and council for input into the Board
- Coordinate local representative network IMS Management
- Set up and manage IMS framework for 5 core standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001)
- Internal audit coordination for core standards: create, implement, and manage zone audit programme
- Zone SPo C for external audit coordination: provide audit coordination and support for zone SMEs
- Arrange, manage and conduct management reviews in line with ISO/IMS requirements
Qualifications
- Strong risk management and governance expertise
- Experience with incident, crisis and business continuity planning
- Knowledge of ISO/IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001)
- Internal and external audit coordination experience
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret risk indicators
- Strong organisational and programme management skills
- High attention to detail and compliance focus
- Pay Range
For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 83,200 - GBP 124,800 per year.
