We're looking for a Sponsorships Account Leader to take ownership of Schneider Electric's most strategic global partnerships - including our flagship collaboration with the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) and our presence at CES, the world's most influential technology event. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-profile sponsorships, engage with senior executives, and influence how Schneider Electric shows up on the global stage.
Responsibilities
- The leader will drive end-to-end partnership strategy for CTA, co-marketing activation, cross-functional coordination, and governance to ensure all sponsorship investments deliver accelerated awareness, customer engagement, and measurable business value.
- Lead Schneider Electric's global sponsorship and partnership workstream with CTA, fully leveraging CTA member benefits such as networking forums, research access, executive engagement opportunities, and standards groups.
- Own and orchestrate Schneider Electric's end-to-end strategy for CES, including presence, messaging, C-suite engagement, partner collaboration, customer experiences, PR amplification, and post-event measurement.
- Partner with CTA to identify year-round opportunities across councils, working groups, CEO Summits, research programs, and policy events to position Schneider Electric as a leader in energy management, AI, sustainability, and digital transformation.
- Ensure CES participation advances the company's technology leadership narrative and connects audiences with strategic offers, customer stories, and innovation roadmaps.
- Global Sponsorship Portfolio Leadership: Paris Marathon – support the global activation of the Paris Marathon sponsorship, ensuring brand visibility, sustainability storytelling, and customer/community engagement opportunities.
- McLaren Partnership – partner with brand, campaigns, and customer teams to amplify the McLaren Racing partnership, driving co-marketing programs, thought leadership, and technology innovation narratives.
- New Brand-Aligned Sponsorship Strategy: Help shape an enterprise-wide sponsorship strategy aligned with Schneider Electric's new brand positioning, ensuring all partnerships meaningfully reinforce the brand's role in advancing energy tech, driving efficiency and sustainability for our customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Brand, Experience Marketing, Corporate Communications, Storytelling, Global Creative Studios, and BU/Operations Marketing (specifically US team for CTA/CES) to deliver seamless execution and consistent messaging across the sponsorship.
- Engage regularly with Government Affairs, PR, Sustainability, and Commercial teams to integrate sponsorship presence into strategic agendas and business objectives.
- Governance, Measurement & Budget Oversight: Manage budgets and investment frameworks across CTA, CES. Ensure all related sponsorship and partnership activities meet governance, compliance, and brand standards. Track, analyse, and report on ROI across awareness, engagement, pipeline contribution, executive participation, and content amplification.
