Role Overview
Your role as a Marcom's BP is to support both the channels and segments within the wider business to accurately target their customer base and deliver the overall campaign message.
Responsibilities
- Create full end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, detail the route to market and demonstrate campaign success; serve as the overall manager of the business units' PR plans to support business KPIs.
- Produce, develop and deploy a quarterly integrated marketing plan, including marketing, sales and contra‑promotional operating expenditure for the region.
- Plan and manage campaigns to ensure a forward‑planned pipeline and that messaging is always on for our target customers within the focus channel/segments.
- Manage the budget for the full 12‑month cycle, input data into central tools and review return on investment through monthly reports.
- Handle and deploy the media plan and act as the single point of contact for all media outlets.
- Implement online marketing activities such as social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, and lead generation.
- Manage events across business units, drive innovative stand allocation, stand design and product allocation, and work with the wider community to ensure event profitability.
- Plan and monitor channel MDF funds and post pre‑approval forms to the appropriate databases.
- Provide input on partner co‑op activities.
- Offer business insights to support key decision‑making processes, including strategic planning, product targeting and budget planning.
- Work closely with the CCC on lead management, monitoring, and pass partner leads allocation activities.
Qualifications
- Evidence of working in a similar marketing role with full understanding of digital and non‑digital marketing activities to reach a B2B customer base.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Digital marketing experience required (SMA, SEO, Web, social media, etc.).
- Exemplary communication skills at all levels of the business.
- Data‑literate and analytical with a practical application of outcomes.
- Ability to prioritise and execute tasks with time‑sensitive deliveries in a fast‑paced environment.
