SE Advisory Services is expanding its UKI (UK and Ireland) Commercial Team and is looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for sustainability and consulting sales.
Mission
Develop strong relationships with business decision makers to grow brand awareness and sales. Identify opportunities and drive advocacy to grow the business.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will sell and support SE Advisory Services services to target clients, typically FTSE 100 / FTSE 250 corporates across the UK and Ireland.
Core Responsibilities
- Generating leads and winning business
- Supporting larger sales opportunities
- Growing existing client accounts
- Managing the CRM (Salesforce)
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Run targeted campaigns and follow up on marketing leads
- Build relationships with corporate clients and qualify opportunities
- Identify and progress new business opportunities
Sales Support & Proposals
- Support proposals, tenders, and client presentations
- Maintain sales materials and coordinate client interactions
Account Management
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Identify repeat and growth opportunities within accounts
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records and sales pipeline
- Track performance and provide regular reporting
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work cross‑functionally to achieve sales targets
- Contribute to improving sales processes, materials, and insights
Qualifications
- Proven ability to generate leads and support corporate sales
- Experience in consultative or solution‑based selling (entry level acceptable)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to interpret sales data
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Client‑focused mindset with strong relationship‑building skills

Salary
For this UK‑based position, the expected pay range is GBP 65,600 – GBP 98,400 per year. This range includes base pay and short‑term incentives.
