We are seeking an experienced Employer Branding Specialist to help us showcase our company culture and attract top talent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance our employer brand, increase employee engagement, and promote our company values.
Key responsibilities:- Develop and implement an employer branding strategy that aligns with the company's vision and values.
- Create compelling content that showcases our company culture and values, including employee stories, videos, and social media content.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, recruitment, and marketing teams, to ensure a consistent and cohesive employer brand message.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that our employer brand messaging is aligned with the hiring needs of the company and our target audiences.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our employer branding initiatives and use data to continuously improve our strategies.
- Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience using them to promote employer brand messaging.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
