Join our dynamic Rewards team as a Pensions & Reward Operations Specialist (DB focus). Help shape innovative reward strategies that attract and retain top talent while driving organizational success through competitive and engaging compensation programs.
Responsibilities
- DB Pension Operations — Lead all internal operational activity for DB pension schemes, including wind‑ups. Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external partners (actuaries, administrators, legal advisers). Manage documentation cycles, data flows, governance requirements and project milestones. Identify risks, track progress and proactively resolve issues. Provide clear, structured reporting to ensure smooth delivery.
- DC Pensions & Pension Roadshows — Support operational processes for our DC scheme, including enrolment and vendor coordination. Lead the planning and delivery of UK&I pension roadshows across diverse employee groups (Early Careers, Mid‑Career, Senior Talent, High Earners). Work closely with DC vendors to tailor sessions for different audiences.
- Lifecycle Benefits & People Experience — Own the Reward Communications & Activation calendar — creating simple, engaging content on pensions, reward, benefits and wellbeing. Support delivery of the Wellbeing programme and manage the “Zone Legends” recognition initiative. Ensure every new starter receives a seamless and positive reward onboarding experience.
- Vendor Management — Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key vendors such as Aon, Bupa and Aviva. Manage contract cycles, renewals, SLAs and performance metrics. Track documentation, actions and timelines to ensure accountability.
