Mission: The purpose of this role is to help customers improve the resilience, security, and performance of their Operational Technology (OT) environments through Schneider Electric cybersecurity solutions and services. This role is ideally suited to experienced OT, Automation, Control System, DCS, SCADA, Industrial Networking, or Digital Transformation professionals who have developed exposure to industrial cybersecurity and are looking to further specialize within the OT Cybersecurity domain. This role requires approximately 40–50% travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture & Design
    • Design secure, scalable and resilient OT cybersecurity architectures.
    • Assess customer OT environments and identify cybersecurity risks and improvement opportunities.
    • Develop cybersecurity solution architectures, reference designs and technical proposals.
  • Pre-Sales Support
    • Support sales teams with cybersecurity technical expertise throughout the sales lifecycle.
    • Participate in discovery workshops, technical assessments, RFPs and RFQs.
    • Deliver presentations, demonstrations and architecture reviews.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Establish trusted relationships with engineering, operations, IT and cybersecurity teams.
    • Translate customer challenges into practical cybersecurity solutions.
  • Cybersecurity Consulting
    • Conduct cybersecurity workshops and assessments.
    • Support cybersecurity roadmaps and remediation plans.
    • Provide guidance on IEC 62443, NIST and industry best practices.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience in Industrial Automation, Operational Technology (OT), Process Control, Industrial Software, Digital Solutions, or related industrial environments.
  • Experience supporting, delivering, or participating in OT Cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Experience working directly with end users, plant operations teams, engineering functions, or industrial asset owners (desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of DCS, SCADA and PLC platforms.
  • Strong understanding of industrial communications and networking.
  • Experience with industrial software platforms.
  • Knowledge of OT infrastructure and system integration.
  • Exposure to OT Cybersecurity (desirable).
  • Exposure to industrial network segmentation (desirable).
  • Experience with secure remote access solutions (desirable).
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management practices (desirable).
  • Familiarity with IEC 62443 and NIST cybersecurity frameworks (desirable).

Education: Degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or another STEM discipline (Master's degree preferred).

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 74,400 - GBP 111,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
