Mission: The Tendering Leader is responsible for leading the End User Projects tendering function across the UK, providing clear day-to-day leadership, functional direction, and consistent ways of working for the tendering team. The role exists to strengthen tendering capability across the business by improving quality, consistency, workload planning, team development, and overall effectiveness.

  • Lead, manage, and develop the UK tendering team
