Mission: Lead risk management across the zone by identifying, monitoring, and mitigating key risks while ensuring robust incident, crisis, and business continuity frameworks. Drive compliance and governance through audits, ISO/IMS standards, and stakeholder engagement, enabling informed decision‑making and operational resilience.

What will you do:

  • Business Assurance Lead / Risk Champion
  • Risk Identification and Assessment
    • Build framework to identify and monitor Key Risk Indicators
    • Ownership of Incident Management Framework
  • Risk Response and Treatment
    • Ownership of Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans
    • Run and support regular Crisis Management drills and internal audits
  • Risk Monitoring & Responding
    • Risk Landscape monitoring
    • Ownership of local compliance committee and council for input in Board
    • Coordinate local representative network
  • IMS Management
    • Set up and Management of IMS Framework for 5 core standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 27001)
    • Internal Audit Coordination for core standards: create, implement and manage zone audit programme
    • Zone SPOC for External Audit Coordination: provide audit coordination and support for zone SMEs
    • Arrange, manage & conduct management reviews in line with ISO / IMS requirements
