What you will do
- Create full E2E marketing campaigns - detail route to market and demonstrate campaign success and be the overall manager of the business units PR plans and support the business KPIs.
- Ownership of producing, development and deployment of quarterly integrated marketing plan including the various marketing, sales, and contra promotional opex for the region.
- Planning and management of plans and ensuring full pipeline of the campaigns is forward-planned and reviewed.
- Budget management for the full 12 month cycle—input into central tools and review return on investment through monthly reports.
- Handling and deployment of the media plan and SPOC for all media outlets.
- Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
- Managing events throughout the business units - demonstrate innovative thinking for stand allocation, be the go‑to for stand design and product allocation, working with the wider community to ensure events are profitable.
- Planning and monitoring channel MDF funds and posting pre‑approval forms to the appropriate databases.
- Input relating to partner co‑op activities.
- Providing business insights to support key decision‑making processes, including strategic planning, product targeting and budget planning.
- Working closely with the CCC on leads management, monitoring and pass to partner leads allocation activities.
What will make you successful
- Evidenced experience of working in a similar marketing role with full understanding of digital and non‑digital marketing activities to reach B2B customer base.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Digital marketing experience required (SMA, SEO, Web, social media…)
- Exemplary communication skills at all levels of businesses.
- Data literate and analytical but with a practical application of outcomes.
- Ability to prioritise and execute tasks time sensitive deliveries in a fast‑paced environment.
