Responsibilities
  • Drive execution of global account strategies, ensuring alignment between customer needs, sales, and operations.
  • Act as a trusted partner to strategic clients, supporting engagement at executive level.
  • Lead cross-functional and international collaboration (sales, engineering, delivery teams).
  • Implement and scale digital tools (dashboards, playbooks) to enhance visibility, governance, and performance tracking.
  • Manage growth initiatives and customer-specific projects.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and continuous improvement actions.
  • Ensure operational excellence, readiness, and consistency across multi-country programmes.

Requirements
