What You will do:
- Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across Business Legal, from design to delivery.
- Translate legal and risk requirements into practical processes, controls, and workflows.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Use data and reporting to support insight, risk management, and decision‑making.
- Enable and deploy legal technology solutions to enhance compliance and visibility.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption, and change.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring strong governance and timely delivery.

- Essential: Experience in legal operations, compliance, or process improvement.
