Join Schneider Electric as a Process Manager, leading the performance and optimisation of one of our core electrical switchgear & control-gear production lines. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine people leadership and process excellence to drive safety, quality, and delivery performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Own and continuously improve end-to-end manufacturing & testing processes
- Drive Right-First-Time quality, reducing rework and delays
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and electrical standards
- Identify bottlenecks and improve flow, efficiency, and productivity
- Champion Lean / SPS continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate across engineering, production, quality, and planning
- Support customer audits and witness testing
Qualifications
- Proven people leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Strong ability to drive performance, accountability, and engagement
- Confident decision-maker with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Understanding of electrical testing, HV/LV safety, or similar environments
- Experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement tools
- Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent experience in Engineering or Manufacturing
