What will you do:

  • Drive customer satisfaction and quality initiatives across multiple countries, establishing and maintaining rigorous quality standards for materials, processes, and finished products.
  • Lead and develop quality management programs focused on continuous improvement of manufacturing systems, emphasizing customer‑centric approaches.
  • Supervise comprehensive quality functions, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and implementation of measurement systems.
  • Monitor and analyze customer and employee feedback loops to enhance manufacturing processes and business systems.
  • Guide and mentor quality professionals while fostering broad employee engagement in quality initiatives.
