Your Mission: We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support our UK&I Services organisation, providing commercial and contractual governance across service and project contracts. This role partners closely with Operations, Finance, and Legal to protect margin, manage change, and ensure contractual compliance throughout delivery.
- Provide commercial and contractual support to PMs and CSMs across live contracts
- Interpret contract terms, frameworks, and call offs, highlighting risks and obligations
- Lead pricing and commercial assessment of variation orders, protecting margin
- Support billing, payment terms, and resolution of overdue invoices
About You:
- Passionate about all things commercial with numerical skills and a drive to apply these in a business environment
- Proactively drive career and personal development including professional certification
- Fluency in English is a must (written and verbal)
- Qualified to degree level in relevant discipline (Law, Quantity Surveying or Supply Chain Management)
- Membership to WCC or additional professional membership would be advantageous
