We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support our UK&I Services organisation, providing commercial and contractual governance across service and project contracts. This role partners closely with Operations, Finance, and Legal to protect margin, manage change, and ensure contractual compliance throughout delivery.
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide commercial and contractual support to PMs and CSMs across live contracts
- Interpret contract terms, frameworks, and call offs, highlighting risks and obligations
- Lead pricing and commercial assessment of variation orders, protecting margin
- Track variations end to end and support accurate revenue forecasting
- Ensure strong contract administration, governance, and version control
- Support billing, payment terms, and resolution of overdue invoices
About You:
- Experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on Contractual agreements
- Passionate about all things commercial with numerical skills and a drive to apply these in a business environment
- Able to inspire and manage change in an ever-evolving environment
- Proactively drive career and personal development including professional certification
- Fluency in English is a must (written and verbal)
Your Education:
- Qualified to degree level in relevant discipline (Law, Quantity Surveying or Supply Chain Management)
- Membership to WCC or additional professional membership would be advantageous
