We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Operator to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring system accuracy for stock movements.
  • Supporting continuous improvement in inventory processes.
  • Coordinating with Stores and Goods In for stock accuracy.
  • Managing stock returns from the production line.
  • Conducting root cause analysis and CAPA.
  • Stock management in WM and 3PL storage.
  • Ensuring yearly ABC counts.
  • Having SAP WMS experience.
  • Controlling and maintaining master data.
  • Conducting regular cycle counts and stock audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Carrying out stock counts and cycle counts on a regular basis.
  • Recording and updating inventory data using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.
  • Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
  • Ensuring stock is stored safely and in the correct locations.
  • Working closely with warehouse team leaders and supervisors.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Following all health and safety regulations.
