Your mission: We have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Manufacturing HR team in Telford, UK. If you have a good understanding of UK employment law and practices; if among your experiences you have had an opportunity to manage complex HR projects, experience of working in lean manufacturing environments, and above all you have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills then this might be the right role for you!

What will you do:

  • You will, in constant partnership with his/her business leader, propose efficient HR solutions that are suited to the business challenges and guarantee the application of Group and Country HR policies.
  • You will contribute to the design of organizations to suit business challenges.
  • You will manage the People aspect of the Schneider Performance System (Performance Competency Management, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion).
  • You will coordinate, with the site leader, the resources business needs within the framework of the organization.
  • You will also lead the implementation of change management processes.
  • Coordinate and guarantee that the HR processes and programs are effectively implemented.
