Mission:


To ensure global technical consistency and alignment with customer standards across all regions, maintaining quality, uniformity, and compliance in deliverables and processes.


Responsibilities:



  • Guarantee technical alignment with customer specifications globally.

  • Define global standards for the customer (templates, quality expectations).

  • Prepare onboarding plans for Regional TLs.

  • Establish requirements for commissioning (Cx), site activities, and documentation.

  • Manage clarification, deviation, and exception files.

  • Intervene in major customer issues and coordinate resolution.

  • Audit and monitor consistency of deliverables across regions.

  • Act as reference point for best practices and lessons learned.

  • Assess impact of recommendations on other regions.

  • Coordinate consistent message to consultants.

  • Assess technical skills of Regional TLs and provide feedback.

  • IG/OG Offers Review

  • Global Standards & Templates.


Skills & Experience:



  • System Integration — advanced level; architecting end-to-end solutions across electrical, mechanical, and digital domains

  • Technical Solution Design — advanced level; translating customer requirements into optimized, deliverable proposals

  • Quotation Management — advanced level; structuring competitive bids with accurate technical and cost parameters

  • Requirements Analysis — advanced level; capturing and validating complex customer needs across multiple technologies

  • Risk Assessment — advanced level; identifying technical risks early and embedding mitigation into tender strategies

  • Customer Orientation — advanced level; aligning technical proposals with client priorities and performance targets

  • Influencing Skills — advanced level; guiding cross-functional teams toward consensus on complex technical decisions

  • Knowledge Management — advanced level; leveraging lessons learned to continuously improve tendering outcomes

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 83,200 - GBP 124,800 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
