The Tendering Leader is responsible for leading the End User Projects tendering function across the UK, providing clear day-to-day leadership, functional direction, and consistent ways of working for the tendering team. The role exists to strengthen tendering capability across the business by improving quality, consistency, workload planning, team development, and overall effectiveness. The Tender Leader will create a more connected and capable tendering team, while ensuring strong alignment with regional operational priorities and business needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the UK tendering team
  • Provide clear leadership and support across the function
  • Drive consistent tendering standards and best practice across the UK
  • Balance workload and capacity to improve responsiveness and delivery
  • Support high-quality, accurate, and timely tender submissions
  • Build team capability through coaching, feedback, and development
  • Work with regional managers and stakeholders to meet business needs
