The predicted salary is between 21600 - 36000 £ per year.

Working as an integral part of the Channel Marketing function, the Learning Programme Manager will be accountable for driving a learning strategy that spans both Schneider Electric sales functions and external partner learning that meets and exceeds the strategic sales plans of the business.

  • Deliver a 6-month learning programme for the Distributor partners linked to strategic initiatives & campaigns, in collaboration with Channel Commercial core objectives
  • Develop a tailored learning plan for each of the internal Channel sales communities, working with each Channel Marketing Manager to ensure that the right level of competency is set for all relevant offers and solutions for each Channel. Collaborate with the Offer Marketing and subject matter expert communities to build memorable learning content.
  • Build & deploy the annual Employee Knowledge Survey (EKS) programme to the channel sales community. Work with the Offer Marketing team to ensure that the surveys are fresh and relevant whilst validating the competency level with each channel manager.
  • Manage Specific Customer Learning Initiatives
  • Maintain & Grow the Channel onboarding programme by evolving the on-demand learning library to encompass the entire suite of offers available, whilst ensuring new offers and solutions that are launched are included in the learning plan.
