As a Industrial System Integrator & End User Key Account Manager, you will primarily be responsible for gaining specification at both Customer types for the Company's Automation and Software Products, Solutions and Services. You will present our value proposition to customers or at events, and positioning Schneider Electric's complete range of technologies and services. You will be experienced at building strong lasting relationships across matrix organizations as you will be the focal point of contact for some of our strategic Industrial SI Customers across the UK&I. Responsibilities:

  • To position Schneider Electric as a Key Strategic Company in Industrial Automation and Software.
  • To formulate and implement a detailed account plan for each of the strategic target accounts in your portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain senior C level relationships to enable you to build a strong pipeline of opportunities to exceed your financial targets.
  • For any End User Accounts, map and support with your extended Team their supply chain e.g. Contractors, SI's, Panel builders, OEM's and IT Partners.
  • Develop a strong opportunity pipeline, maintaining this via the Sales Force CRM System.
  • Liaising with the wider SE business, you will leverage your relationships within your accounts to identify opportunities to cross sell other Schneider Electric products and services, working closely with your colleagues in all business areas nationally and internationally.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of Industrial Automation and Software and services, you will be self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and together with a highly matrixed Sales and Offer Marketing Team
  • With a passion for digitisation, services, sustainability, technology and innovation you will take a keen interest in keeping up to date with the latest trends in the market and the key challenges that your customers face and need solutions for.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, with a hunger to succeed in a high-profile sales position.
  • Strong understanding of our key industrial automation offerings.
  • In-depth understanding of key clients and their position within the industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering client solutions and consistently achieving sales revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage and follow through on client contracts.
  • Experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, effectively prioritize competing demands, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong questioning and consultative communication techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to listen, present, and build strong relationships., Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; master's degree preferred

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 74,400 - GBP 111,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
