In this role you will deliver cybersecurity solutions for industrial and critical infrastructure customers across assessments, design, and implementation.
You’ll work with Schneider Electric teams and client stakeholders to secure OT networks, escalate improvements, and provide technical guidance.
The role combines cybersecurity, networking, and industrial systems with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting and customer engagement.
You will travel; the work supports shaping resilient, secure industrial operations across Europe.

Responsibilities
- Implement and support cybersecurity solutions for industrial and critical infrastructure customers
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network and host-based security technologies
- Support secure architectures, standards, procedures and security controls
- Assist system hardening, vulnerability management and improvement initiatives
- Produce technical documentation and customer deliverables
- Perform IEC 62443-2-1 risk assessments and vulnerability assessments in OT environments
- Participate in customer workshops for OT cybersecurity requirements gathering, design and implementation
- Collaborate with customer and Schneider Electric project teams and stakeholders to deliver projects
- Provide technical support and help troubleshoot complex issues
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous learning
- Key requirements
- Experience in OT/ICS/SCADA environments with knowledge of zones, conduits, network segmentation, AD, PKI, secure remote access, and risk/vulnerability management
- Hands-on security technologies: firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, SIEM, monitoring, threat detection, incident response
- Understanding of industrial protocol security and OT security best practices; secure remote access, jump/bastion hosts, MFA connectivity
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, CAF
- Networking knowledge: Ethernet industrial networks, switching, high-availability, segmentation, VPN, NAT, firewalls, DDo S protection
- Experience with TCP/IP networking, VLANs, WAN, and secure remote access; packet analysis and industrial protocols
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, GPO, PKI and security hardening
- Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, ESXi, Hyper-V), OT endpoint security, backup/recovery, scripting (Bash, Python)
- Experience with cybersecurity assessment tools and cloud-connected OT architectures (desirable)
- Familiarity with vendor technologies (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Moxa, Hirschmann, Claroty, Schneider Electric) (desirable).
