Location – UK wide

Due to continued expansion in Schneider Electric UK and Ireland, we have a great opportunity for the right person to join our business in the United Kingdom as a Contract Manager. In this role, the successful candidate will work within our Global Customer Projects and Service Organisation as part of a collegial Contract Management Team, deeply embedded into the business whilst reporting to the regional Contract Management Director.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and agree the commercial contractual strategy for projects and proactively execute this strategy to meet margin targets.
  • Contribute to commercial contract reviews and participate in the negotiation of terms and conditions to manage and mitigate commercial/contractual risk in line with company policies.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Tendering and Sales to ensure a compliant work winning proposal is offered.
  • Support the operational delivery team and facilitate knowledge.
