Join our UKI Talent Acquisition team and help shape the future of our organization! We’re seeking a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Professional to drive our employer branding and next‑generation recruitment strategies to ensure Schneider Electric is seen as an employer of choice.

What will you do:

  • Develop and execute compelling employer brand strategies aligned with business objectives, driving talent attraction and engagement across the UK and Ireland.
  • Plan and execute multi‑channel talent attraction campaigns, monitoring campaign effectiveness and optimising reach, including content creation.
  • Take ownership of our brand‑to‑hire strategy, tracking key metrics and recommending actions to improve them.
  • Partner closely with the wider global and European employer brand teams as well as local marketing communications teams.
  • Own the delivery of UKI next‑generation hiring, including go‑to‑market strategy, sourcing, managing assessment centres, and offers.
  • Manage third‑party relationships relating to our next‑generation hiring.
  • Own our STEM ambassador community and partnerships with target schools and institutions, including event planning and attendance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to optimise selection processes and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment programs, from job advertising to candidate evaluation.

What will make you successful:

  • Demonstrated expertise in next‑generation full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to selection across multiple industries.
  • Strong background in employer branding and talent marketing strategies, or a related field such as recruitment events.
  • Track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Advanced analytical skills to evaluate brand‑to‑hire data and effectiveness.
  • Ability to use initiative and work in a changing environment, responding to business needs.
