Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment manufactured in compliance with technical guides, engineering drawings, and rules of art, while ensuring the safety of persons and property in the working area.
- Troubleshoot issues and support assembly technicians in root cause analysis.
- Safely connect units to the mains power supply, ensuring all requirements and protocols are adhered to.
- Read and understand schematic and GA drawings.
- Conduct primary injection testing.
- Perform CT Test and VT Test.
- Conduct secondary injection testing.
- Perform ductor testing and HV pressure testing.
- Conduct secondary wiring insulation testing using Megger and 2KV.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level II, PEO, or equivalent experience (ONC Electrical Level).
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
