Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for strict application of standardized processes in manufacturing/production across a broad scope, including basic maintenance processes.
  • Strong contributor to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate competencies within relevant cells to support changing customer needs.
  • Apply procedures detailed within the appropriate assembly instructions and specifications.
  • Record issues affecting daily short interval management (SIM) objectives.
  • Comply with Quality, Environmental Management Systems, Health & Safety policy, and Housekeeping 5S process.
  • Complete standard tests and inspections against quality standards.
  • Propose improvements to working procedures and cells.
  • Identify and report risks regarding health & safety, quality, and environment, including incidents and near misses.
  • Ensure all lost time in production is recorded.

Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (advantageous).
  • Evidence of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
  • English fluency is required.
