What does a day at work look like?
Being a Schmidt showroom manager is a rich and rewarding role – and a broad one. You’ll drive strategy and day-to-day operations of the showroom, taking ownership over profitability and leading your showroom from strength to strength.
- Sales: You’ll implement and drive forward the sales strategy and marketing plan, setting the showroom’s goals and individual objectives for your team and motivating performance to achieve them. You’ll design and sell your own interiors projects as well as being a brilliant sales coach.
- Management: You’ll inspire, guide, and motivate your team to drive sales growth. You’re responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, evaluation and implementing training programmes. You’ll lead daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to get the best from your team.
