Description & Scope:
This internship invites students to be part of a transformative journey-streamlining and automating the outbound process to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Intern will collaborate with the Logistics, Warehouse and Customer Services team to identify bottlenecks, explore automation tools, and implement smart solutions that improve operational flow.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current outbound workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Warehouse, IT, Customer Service)
- Explore and implement automation tools like ERP systems, barcode scanning, and RPA
- Support pilot projects and measure performance improvements
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
