Job Summary: We are looking for proactive and driven graduates to join SLB's High Voltage and Power Engineering team for a 12-month paid internship. Working from our fully integrated site, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, contributing to key engineering and manufacturing projects. You will play a vital role in supporting project management activities, liaising with shop floor teams, compiling data-driven reports, and collaborating on international projects with teams in Brazil and Malaysia. This is a unique opportunity to apply your academic learning in a practical setting and explore future career paths within a global leader in energy innovation.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or Science (Placement year students welcome)
  • Strong data management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of initiative with a flexible, problem-solving mindset
  • Interest in manufacturing or engineering operations

Key Functions:

  • Support senior engineers and project managers with planning, coordination, and reporting
  • Work alongside production teams to maintain workflow and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist in delivering high-profile engineering projects across multiple departments
  • Collaborate with international teams on integrated power systems projects
  • Maintain project documentation and support team communication and execution
