We are currently looking for an experienced Clubhouse Chef de Partie to join us and play a key part of the Kitchen team by taking responsibility for the Clubhouse Kitchen. This position is permanent and full-time. Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will run a controlled and smooth kitchen service within the Clubhouse to deliver quality food and a luxury experience to our guests.

- You will proactively contribute to new ideas by creating and developing new seasonal dishes for our menus.
- You will ensure that the kitchen consistently excels in the service and product that is delivered.
- Ensure high standard of cleanliness and food safety.
