WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage onboarding processes, including contracts, personnel files, and employee documentation
  • Maintain and update all employee records and HR documentation

  • Administer leave, medical aid, pension, and payroll-related documentation
  • Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and annual assessments

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
