  • Maintenanceoffiles, assistingwithworksheets, schedules, andotherservice-relateddocuments
  • Generaladministrativeduties-includingtypingcorrespondence, dictation, recordkeepingetc
  • Keepingthein-housesystemuptodateandupdatingcustomerserviceportalstoensureweadhereto KPIs&SLAs
