Your main responsibilities as Finance Manager for Rubax Lifts Ltd include:

  • Manage and control the full finance function for Rubax Lifts Ltd
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in line with Group deadlines
  • Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and annual budgets
  • Deliver statutory accounts and coordinate external audits
  • Ensure compliance with Schindler financial policies, internal controls, and governance standards
  • Act as a finance partner to operational and commercial teams, providing financial insight and challenge
  • Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Support cost control, margin improvement, and working capital management
  • Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, systems, and reporting
  • Lead, develop, and support members of the finance team

What you bring:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role
  • Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
  • Experience working in a structured, matrix or multinational environment
  • Experience managing audits and statutory reporting
  • Strong analytical capability with experience supporting commercial and operational decision-making
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP or finance systems
