Your main responsibilities:
- Manage and control the full finance function for Rubax Lifts Ltd
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in line with Group deadlines
- Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and annual budgets
- Deliver statutory accounts and coordinate external audits
- Ensure compliance with Schindler financial policies, internal controls, and governance standards
- Act as a finance partner to operational and commercial teams, providing financial insight and challenge
- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities
- Support cost control, margin improvement, and working capital management
- Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, systems, and reporting
- Lead, develop, and support members of the finance team
What you bring:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Experience working in a structured, matrix or multinational environment
- Experience managing audits and statutory reporting
- Strong analytical capability with experience supporting commercial and operational decision-making
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP or finance systems
