Job purpose: This role sits within our dynamic Clients & Markets team, supporting the delivery of the firm's ambitious international growth plans. This is an exciting opportunity to support with business & client development, communications and marketing initiatives, at a unique multidisciplinary advisory firm with expertise in reputation, privacy and security.
Role Accountabilities
Business & Client Development support:
Assist with research on new prospects and potential intermediaries including in our key geographic hotspots.
Support with preparing for prospect outreach and trips including putting together briefing notes and with the follow ups, to ensure every meeting is maximised.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and marketing collateral when required.
Identify, draft, and recommend relevant touchpoints for clients.
Assist with client research to support key client management.
Work on the preparation of presentations for masterclasses and insight sessions for clients.
Assist with maintaining an accurate record of campaign ROI and opportunities generated.
Marketing & Communications Support
Putting together submissions for industry awards.
Assist with drafting article outlines.
Researching topics for articles/thought leadership.
Provide event support including attending on the day and ensuring a positive attendee experience.
Assist with post-event de-brief.
Pro-actively identify opportunities to improve or enhance the delivery of events.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
Proven track record with circa 3 years relevant experience in client oriented or business development, marketing roles in a fast-paced professional environment.
Desire to work as part of a team with a keen willingness to learn.
Able to work calmly, accurately and efficiently.
Confidence with managing multiple deadlines.
Experience in working on events.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Excellent written communication and ability to concisely convey information for busy decision-makers.
Confident user of the Microsoft Office suite, including strong proficiency in Excel.
